Frances Lawlor

Areas of practice: Wills Probate and Trusts; Residential and Commercial Conveyancing.

Frances joined Ackerley Heaton and Pigot as a trainee in 1981 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1983. After qualifying Frances was an assistant Solicitor with Ackerley Heaton and Pigot before buying the practice of G. Raymond Pigot & Co with Mark Randall in 1988

When G. Raymond Pigot & Co merged with Houghton and Pigot in 1990 to form Houghton Pigot & Co, Frances became a Partner in the new firm. She became Senior Partner in 1998.

Mark Randall

Areas of Practice: Personal Injury; General Civil Litigation; Family; Employment; Debt Recovery.

Mark joined Ackerley Heaton and Pigot as a trainee in 1984 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1986. After qualifying Mark was an assistant Solicitor with G. Raymond Pigot & Co., before buying the practice with Frances Lawlor in 1988.

When G. Raymond Pigot & Co merged with Houghton and Pigot in 1990 to form Houghton Pigot & Co, Mark became a Partner in the new firm.

Sue Houghton

Areas of Practice: Residential and Commercial Conveyancing; Landlord and Tenant; Family Law; Wills Probate and Trusts;

Sue joined Houghton Pigot & Co as a trainee in 1991 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1994.

After qualifying Sue was an assistant Solicitor with Houghton Pigot & Co, before becoming a Partner in 1998.

Sue qualified as a Notary Public in 1996.

Margaret Houghton (known in the office as Miss Pigot).

Areas of Practice: Wills Trusts and Probate.

Margaret joined Ackerley Heaton and Pigot as a trainee and qualified as a Solicitor in 1955. After qualification Margaret was an assistant Solicitor with Ackerley Heaton and Pigot before becoming a partner. Following the dissolution of Ackerley Heaton and Pigot in 1987 Margaret together with husband Eddie set up the new firm Houghton and Pigot..

When Houghton and Pigot merged with G. Raymond Pigot & Co in 1990 to form the new firm Houghton Pigot & Co, Margaret became Senior Partner. In 1998 Margaret became a consultant to the firm.
